Privacy policy
This page says what 10lines keeps about you and the projects you make, why, for how long, and who else sees it. The service is run by the operator of this service.
What is kept
- Your account: your email address, a hash of your password if you set one, and the tokens that keep you signed in.
- Your projects: their names, members, scripts (code, triggers and the packages they list), the hosts scripts may reach, and settings. Secrets, data sources' passwords and connected Google accounts are encrypted (AES-256-GCM) with a key that is not stored with them. API keys and assistant connections are stored as hashes.
- Events: what is posted to a script's address, and what the run said and wrote. A handled event's body and output are kept for 14 days; a record that it ran — when, how it ended, how long — stays until its month is over, because the plan counts the month from those records. A failed event, so that it can be run again after the code is fixed, is kept whole for 90 days.
- Uploads: images and files you add to rows. Taking one out of a row, or deleting the row, the project or your account, does not delete the file itself, because another row or another member's project may still show it; write to the operator to have yours removed.
Your databases
A data source is a database you own. 10lines connects to it with the credentials you give and runs what you, your scripts, your API keys or an assistant you connected ask for. Rows are read to be shown or handed on, not copied into this service's own storage. Backups of your databases stay your own business.
Cookies
One cookie keeps you signed in, and a second remembers you if you ask it to. There is no analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind.
Who else sees it
Besides the operator and the hosting this server runs on:
- Resend sends sign-in links, invitations and the email scripts send.
Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared for advertising.
If you keep personal data of your own here, the data processing agreement says what the operator undertakes about it, and the security page how it is protected.
Your rights
You can download what is kept about you and your projects, and delete your account, from your settings. Deleting the account deletes the projects only you belong to, with their scripts, secrets and events, and takes you out of the others. You can also ask for a correction or for anything on this page to be explained.
Changes
A change to this page that affects what is kept or who sees it is announced by email before it takes effect.
